Any tips on growing hair faster?

Hey -- I just donated ten inches of my hair to Locks of Love- and it's super super short. Of course my hair will eventually grow back to its long length- but is there anything that I can do to speed up the process? I understand that there are vitamins you can use- but are they actually safe to use? Any particular shampoos that have worked for you? Thank you to everyone who answers. =]] [[=.

In september i cut off all my hair, then i started to miss it so my moms hairstylist reccommended Hair formula 37. I used it, and within 2 months my hair had grown 4 and 1/2 inches. It works great! I still use it. Now my hair is down to my hips, and i have cut it 3 times since starting to use it. Try it, its fantastic!!

i don't think you can actually take something that would make ur hair grow faster....you can help ur hair by conditioning and eating lots of fruits so it wouldn't break and it can grow normally.

hi i think herbs are much better for your hair than vitamins, and lots of water and green veggies to just a reminder..a good shampoo is good to, hey i was just asking about a hair steam treatment, I kinda tried it with boiling hot water placing a lid on it and having the steam on my face hair ect,, I want to go to a salon i only know of one but theyre expensive next chioce I'll just get a face steamer and us that as a hair steamer i heard that good for you to..and shampoos without sulphites in them is best ones like laurely sulphites not good for hairits the samechemoical they use on airplanes, big equipment ect..and herbs are way better than vitamkins good luck, can u email let me knowif your hair grew any longer i'm trying to get mines longer to i take hair skin and nail herbs, eat well try to cut the stress out, and keep things simple, no cow milk of vitamin d milk,thigns like that i drink almond milk soy once in a while ride my bike, stuff like that i think it helps..
