Colored hair tips over the summer?

me and my friends want to get colored tips (about an inch) over the summer. we want purple or green or orange. so onto my question

where can we get a whole bunch of different colors for a LOW price? will halloween spary be good? how long will halloween stuff last?

halloween spray is temporary and will wash out in a day.

the only way you can get bright colors that will last longer is to bleach your tips if your hair isn't already a light blonde, and then use semi-permanent dye such as Manic Panic.

halloween hair spray will come out when you wash your hair;

manic panic would work; they have alot of different colors to choose from, and its not permanent at all. it comes out in a couple of washes; fades with every wash.

also; where i live it is about $8 for manic panic.
