Well, you have to keep your ends clipped for it to grow more, and for it to be healthy. But other than that don't pull yor hair accesories really tight, and use protien and eat lots of protien, and TRUST me it will grow... my hair is long so...

well obviously dont cut it.. and be careful when styling it because if you use flatirons or curling irons n such your hair breaks and your hair will stop gowing at a certain point because youve broken it from the top. .. also there are certain foods that u can eat to help out. im not quite sure which ones at this time but jut google it and there are enough sites helpin out
