why dosent she just get her hair cut at the salon evenly? she can get a short style and it will look ok. if you go to a salon and say "look, i butchered my hair please help" they will take special care of you.

tell her to massage her scalp when she washes it this helps stimulate the roots, try to stay away from products and heat from the hair, that will damage it...eat healty and drinks lots of water....keep the hair pure....

ok she can get it cut professionally at the hair cuttery.when you are waiting to get your haircut, look through a hair style book (found in baskets by waiting chairs) and go through short- medium styles, there are a lot of cute ones out there! they will even it out if you ask them to and then if you still believe its too short, just forget about it, go to claires and go to their wall of headbands, buy about 10 of those, a pack of cute hairclips, and pins so even if she cant pull it up, she can still push it back a little. also ask for side swept bangs, it will help take away the attention from the shortness of her hair. if it is wavy/poofy, tell her to buy a flat iron to straighten her hair.

Eat healthy. Get as much protein as you can and get your hair trimmed ever 5 weeks. It will look great by the time school starts. That's a trim cut not a cut cut.
