if you take a little hair on the top about one inch wide then clip it up and where a low side pony tail it looks really good

It looks like you need angled layers that start at the eye level. Then once you have those layers, dab a bunch of mousse on your hair and blow dry, you can even tease at the roots of your hair to get really volumized. Get a teasing comb they have these at beauty supply stores, that should work!

i think the best thing you can do is get it layered and then use a bit of gel to poof it up.... beautiful hair by the way...... or you could always just put your bangs in a barret and poof it at the front and then curl ( a bit ) of your hair and it'll look great.

oh and to get those bangs, basically just get a descent piece of you hair and cut diagonally. then get the scissors and cut little pieces of your bangs off.

If not, a local trendy/ funky hair salon may have tips. Don't stick with the norm when it comes to awesome hair. And DEFINATELY don't cut it yourself. Get the people who KNOW hair to do that.

hey my hair is really long and what i do to get more poof or volume is i tease my hair at the crown. (like the top, back part of your head)

to tease my hair i grab a small section, and i use a comb to comb it towards my head. do this all over the crown of your head, and it looks really messy at first, but then just smooth over the top layer with a comb. make sure you use some hairspray.

You might want to try "bedhed" the pomade. b/c my friend said that it worked and she has hair just like yours. She wanted more volume also. Try blow drying your hair right after you put it in, and poof it up a little...

i just got my hair cut like that like 4 days ago. get really short layers that pretty much line up with the corners of your eyes. thats what i got and i straighten my hair and it poofs out like that. for the bangs you can take lots of hair from one side and move it acroos your face to the other side. (and cut it so they are bangs)
