That sounds like me when I was younger. I now use a straightner and that always looks good. If you have frizzy hair use non-frizzing spray and that should help. Also to style use a fat headed curling iron and make big curls on the ends it looks very good!

You should Get a new cut, I just moved from germany and I can finally get the haircut I want. I lived on one of the military bases and their hairdressers are german and dont understand anything (judgeing how my hair turned out) The best place to get it done is a british/german haircutter, ive been to one and they are very good, you should ask for a style that doesn't require alot of maintance and something that you can just blowdry and comb.
