I need tips to make hair grow quicker. Any tips???

I have pretty long hair now but I want it longer!!!! I get it trimmed once every 3-4 months, I wash it every other day, and I use baby shampoo to make it really soft!!!! But I just want some tips to make hair grow FASTER. I have heard that horse shampoo makes hair grow longer and quicker but I don't know if I should believe that or not. Any tips???? Thank you SOOOO much!!!!

There isn't a whole lot you can do. But I posted this website that gives advice to maximize it a bit. Although I have heard that horse shampoo does help and they sell it at walmart now. Lol. Hope it helps and good luck.

Your hair grows longer in hot weather, so try to stay away from cool enviroments.

Exercise helps your hair grow also. I know it sounds silly, but when your exercising, your hiar grows more than sitting around.

Wear your hair down often. When its in a ponytail it cant really grow much. When your hair is down, it flows more naturally which leads to more growth.

There really is nothing to make it grow faster, but you could try to get your hair trimmed a little more often. Every 6-8 weeks get a 1/2 inch trim. it helps your hair grow longer and keeps off split ends, leading to naturally healthier hair.

There really isn't much you can, it sounds like you're already doing everything you can. Your hair just grows naturally and you can't do much to increase it.
