I have searched everywhere in my area, and have resorted to online and cant find a thing...I am looking for Black with blue tip WEAVE IN hair extensions...I know that you could just buy human hair ones and dye them...but I have a budget...plz help

Hmmm... you know try Sally Beauty Supply stores. I know that they have blue streaks... but Im unsure of if they have blue tips... if not ask a sales rep if they can order them for you. You may have to pre-pay but they may be able to get them. Sometimes the display for thoes products is not big enough in the smaller locations so they can get the product, but dont always have it on the shelf. I hope this works for you hun... good luck,.
