it should dry and then use some anti-heat product that will protect your hair,

after you straighten it use lak or fix it spray .

dont forget that the type of straighteners, type of hair and weather all count.

There are many tips that I could give you, but here are the most important ones.

1. Before you straighten your hair, use an anti frizz spray, that you can get at any beauty store. Spray on hair then straighten it. (It smells like hollister =])

2. Use a hair straightener that works well and has a small, curved palate instead of a thick, flat one.

3. Brush your hair after you straighten it. This makes it look more natural too, and also keeps it straight longer...
