well, my hair is shoulder length, which it has beenfor the past few months, but it doesnt seem to be growing at all so could you please help me find a hairstyle that would suit me please.

Die your hair brown with blond highlights, or all black. Straighten your hair. It would look good with bands too. sort of like the hairstyles they used in the 60s. No its coming back in style so it would look very nice.
