I need some hair tips. Help?

I have naturally straight, brown hair that goes halfway down my back. I am interested in new cut and color. I am a teen so I'd like a preppy, layered haircut. I'd like short pieces in the front to let down when my hair is in a pony. About 2 years ago? I got color taken out to make it lighter. Almost a dirty blonde-ish color. My roots are now down to my ears! It really dried out my hair though. I wasn't sure if that was the way it was for coloring? or if i wasn't using enough conditioner (I know I wasn't using much)

My hairsylist told me she just wanted to take color out of my crown, my roots, to match the blonder part on the bottom. I'm not really sure? I'm scared it will seriously dry out my hair. I don't want to spend the money to make it look good in color, when it will be wasted becase my hair will be so dry!!

Please help if you have any advice?

I am not sure about the cuts e-mail me and tell me what your

head shape is then I could try to find a good cut for you. Your hair is dry and that happends to alot of people and me and my sister we do oil treatments and that uslually helps to keep it nice and silky. I know you might be thinking that it will be too oliy but it's not

1 heat up the oil and it should be organic like from Whole Foods that is were me and my sister get the oil just luk worm so it will not brun your skall

2 Wash hair let it be moist but not to moist

3 then you seporat you hair into sections

4 soak yor roots and rub it into your skall it should be from your skall one inch out on your hair

5 rap your head in a towal and keep it raped up for eight hour (usually just sleep with it in)

6 was your hair and your done!!
