okay so i know how to crimp hair with my crimping iron but since i would like to do my hair crimped for the first day of school i need it to stay perfectly crimp...so my question is what do i do to make them bounce out..do i do it while my hair is damped,or with hairspray or what?

as for your question, i dont know anything about how to style it to be perfectly crimped. but don't follow trends. don't live by rules. if you like it, do it and you'll be the hottest one at school :).

take a shower at night and for braid your hair as soon as you get out and then when you awake up your will be dry and crimpy for big crimps big braid and like 3. for lots of crimps many many many small braids and in the morning just spray your hair
